Fire Escape Scraping and Painting

Our EPA Certified Renovators will test your Fire Escape for lead and then take action accordingly to be sure that when we scrape away any loose or chipping paint that harmful lead will not end up in the air, on the ground or in the water. We will take all precautions needed to ensure the safety of your business and community.  Lead is harmful to everyone, not just children. The EPA has made it illegal to Paint a fire escape and not take precautions with the LEAD chips and scrapings. The fines for non compliance with EPS rules and guidelines is $35,000 per violation at the site.
